Co-Opera are Australia's longest running touring opera company. Established in 1990 by Brian Chatterton OAM, and Tessa Bremner, the company's vision has always been to take opera to the audiences, and regional areas of Australia that do not usually have the opportunity to experience it. Co-Opera also work to engage emerging South Australian singers wherever possible, with the idea of training these artists, and providing the opportunity for them to develop their skills in a highly supportive environment.
