Hot Food Cool Jazz

A long table gastro event that will explore the relationship between hot food (the spice of life) and cool jazz music (to soothe the soul).
The theme is to take people on a journey that explores the "spice of life". We are doing this by using a different spice as the star or main flavour in a dish over the four courses (entrée, soup, main & dessert. There will be side dishes and condiments that will use additional spices adding to the theme. As each course is served by our staff we will introduce the dish, the main spice "star" and it's origins or back story.
